Service Description

Wednesday's at 11 am. Pregnancy is a time of profound change—physically, emotionally, and energetically. This 10-session Prenatal Yoga series is designed to support you through every stage of your pregnancy journey with gentle, intentional movement and breath. As your body shifts to make space for new life, prenatal yoga helps you stay grounded, strong, and centered. You'll learn how to move with your changing body, ease common discomforts like lower back pain and tight hips, and improve circulation and posture—all while building the strength and stamina needed for labor and birth. Each class includes: Safe and supportive movement tailored for each trimester Breathwork techniques to calm the nervous system and prepare for labor Pelvic floor awareness and gentle core connection Mindfulness practices to reduce stress and promote emotional balance Space to connect with your baby—and with other expecting mothers Whether you're brand new to yoga or have an existing practice, this series will guide you in cultivating body awareness, emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself and your baby. Take this time for you. Your body is doing something extraordinary—let us help you move through it with grace and strength.
