Refund and Make-Up Policy

At Qi and Be, we understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel your class booking, we offer a full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled class start time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the class are not eligible for a refund.

If you are unable to attend a class and did not cancel in advance, you may make up the missed session by attending another class within two (2) weeks, subject to availability. Make-up classes must be scheduled in advance and may not be applied retroactively beyond the two-week period.
