This calming session gently guides you through breath awareness, visualization, and present-moment focus—helping you quiet the mind, release tension, and reconnect with your inner clarity. We’ll also explore elements of Yoga Nidra, a deeply restorative practice often called “yogic sleep,” where you're guided into a state between wakefulness and rest.
